机器功能特性

一、机架

u 结构稳固：采用国内外流行的方钢立柱结构，减少了40%后倾。

u 绿色：传统超声波焊接机立柱一般采用钢管加工后表面电镀工艺，凯力采用先进绿色喷粉烘烤油漆。从而减少因电镀对环境的污染。

u 高精度：普通超声波焊接机台采用圆柱双环锁结构，机台上下移动偏差大。而凯力采用高精密机床燕尾槽导向结构，从而使超声波设备结构更符合通用设备生产所需要的准确度。

u 马达升降：凯力继承了明和超声波的优良传统，机身移位采用马达控制T型丝杆结构，为快速、准确调模创造了条件。

二、系统

1.具有工作键互锁功能，并配有紧急停机开关，符合国内外标准。避免了由操作人员失误，引起的人身伤害。

2.采用电脑微晶片作各级数据控制，整个工作循环全由微控器指令完成，精度可万分之一的误差。

3.输出振幅可调范围宽，适用焊接的工件更广，整机能量采用数字显示。读出精度可达0.001A.

4.能量输出使用双组模块，抗过载能力是普通元件的约4倍，故障率更低，并同时配有过载灯指示，一旦由于各种原因及操作失误发生，在报警的同时，切断驱动回路保护电器元件。

5.特有不良品报警功能：在超声波发振系统中增加一套微控PA系统，对输出功率进行随机的跟踪。在焊接过程中，同一工件达到满意的效果时，技术人员将把具体参数值进行记录后，多设备设定值进行重新设定，当外界条件变化时，引起焊接参数变化达到不设定的要求时，就会出现不良品现象，设备将自动停机。利用此原理来检测焊接能量配合的合理性，达成焊接设备生产品质。采用微控IC方式进行报警，来提醒操作者及时发现不良品，以免流向客户。

三、换能器和治具：

1.换能器和模头的谐振频率，并使工作频开机时系统自动搜索率达到很好工作状态，免除了传统机器人工调谐的烦恼。避免频率调谐不准而引起机器内部元件损坏，并且能及时判定设备是否正常，并给出故障指示和声音报警。

2.工作时，时时**系统的谐振频率，电流过大，温度过高、功率过大等。很大程度上避免设备出现故障并使故障率降到很低。

一、RACK

二、SYSTEM

三、Transducer and fixture
