/Introduction

凯力系列超声波焊接机


机器功能特性


一、机架


u 结构稳固:采用国内外流行的方钢立柱结构,减少了40%后倾。


u 绿色:传统超声波焊接机立柱一般采用钢管加工后表面电镀工艺,凯力采用先进绿色喷粉烘烤油漆。从而减少因电镀对环境的污染。


u 高精度:普通超声波焊接机台采用圆柱双环锁结构,机台上下移动偏差大。而凯力采用高精密机床燕尾槽导向结构,从而使超声波设备结构更符合通用设备生产所需要的准确度。


u 马达升降:凯力继承了明和超声波的优良传统,机身移位采用马达控制T型丝杆结构,为快速、准确调模创造了条件。


二、系统


1.具有工作键互锁功能,并配有紧急停机开关,符合国内外标准。避免了由操作人员失误,引起的人身伤害。


2.采用电脑微晶片作各级数据控制,整个工作循环全由微控器指令完成,精度可万分之一的误差。


3.输出振幅可调范围宽,适用焊接的工件更广,整机能量采用数字显示。读出精度可达0.001A.


4.能量输出使用双组模块,抗过载能力是普通元件的约4倍,故障率更低,并同时配有过载灯指示,一旦由于各种原因及操作失误发生,在报警的同时,切断驱动回路保护电器元件。


5.特有不良品报警功能:在超声波发振系统中增加一套微控PA系统,对输出功率进行随机的跟踪。在焊接过程中,同一工件达到满意的效果时,技术人员将把具体参数值进行记录后,多设备设定值进行重新设定,当外界条件变化时,引起焊接参数变化达到不设定的要求时,就会出现不良品现象,设备将自动停机。利用此原理来检测焊接能量配合的合理性,达成焊接设备生产品质。采用微控IC方式进行报警,来提醒操作者及时发现不良品,以免流向客户。


三、换能器和治具:


1.换能器和模头的谐振频率,并使工作频开机时系统自动搜索率达到很好工作状态,免除了传统机器人工调谐的烦恼。避免频率调谐不准而引起机器内部元件损坏,并且能及时判定设备是否正常,并给出故障指示和声音报警。


2.工作时,时时**系统的谐振频率,电流过大,温度过高、功率过大等。很大程度上避免设备出现故障并使故障率降到很低。

The machine features


一、RACK

二、SYSTEM
